By agreeing to these terms, you agree that you will read and follow the instructions and tips provided by the user manual. ESPECIALLY regarding cleaning and hygiene instructions for TheTransformerNails, and TheMultiNails.
Products and Services
We offer:
Resin 3D Printed Items: Crafted using high-quality materials, including Siraya Tech Blu resin, which is certified under ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10993-10 for biocompatibility, ensuring safety for external skin contact. While it meets industry standards for safety, we do not guarantee that it is free from causing skin irritation or allergic reactions. Customers must conduct their own research and assess their own risk before purchasing.
Digital Products: Downloadable content such as files, designs, and software.
Licensing for Digital Products
Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our digital products.
No Return and No Refund Policy
Resin 3D Printed Items: Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Digital Products: Given the intangible nature, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are provided.
This policy is in line with industry standards for custom and digital products.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
By placing an order, customers outside the United States acknowledge and agree that:
Customs Duties & Import Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
We do not prepay or cover these charges, as they vary by country.
If a package is held by customs, the customer is responsible for clearing it.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages:
We cannot guarantee international delivery times due to customs processing in different countries.
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or held by customs.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages:
If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, resulting in a return, we will not issue a refund for the order.
If the package is unclaimed and destroyed or returned by customs, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
Order Processing and Shipping
Processing Time for Physical orders: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days depending on current demand due to these being custom.
Shipping for Physical orders: We ship to all 50 states in the USA, and worldwide. Shipping costs are free within the USA, and an additional $15 is added to any other country, other than the USA.
Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via STRIPE. All transactions are processed securely.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. ESPECIALLY if usage instructions aren't followed.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, and products are the intellectual property of TheNailverse. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, Unites States.
